Photoshop.com / Website
Photoshop.com was a failing web RIA (rich internet application). It wasn't a destination and it wasn't social. Starting in 2009, I led a design team to redesign it, from the group up. In the process, we created a useful, usable, and enjoyable user experience, and helped Adobe's Digital Imaging business redefine their strategy.
The new Photoshop.com was launched in August of 2010 and has resulted in significant improvements across key metrics. It is Adobe's first website to utlize Omniture analytics. The team continues to incrementally update and improve it.
